COVID-19 Update

Due to the recent concern of COVID-19, we are taking steps to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff.

We are accepting scheduled teleconferences or video conferences for consultations. Please call our office to make an appointment.

Those who have scheduled office appointments are asked to call in rather than come to the office for the time being.

Payments can be taken by phone or by electronic invoice.

For those who have scheduled hearings in State or Federal Court please contact our office (by phone or e-mail) before your hearing for specific instructions. The Courts for the County of El Paso are operating on a limited schedule. Most routine hearings are being postponed or rescheduled. However, hearings such protective orders and those for emergency relief are still moving forward. All Jury Trials are cancelled until further notice. The Federal Courts are also operating on a limited schedule however, many hearings are still proceeding as scheduled. Please contact our office for specific instructions if you or a family member have a hearing in Federal Court.
